I've been going to the Rancheria for about 7 yrs now and I'm so Thankful I've found a Dr. I am happy with since moving to Redding 20yrs ago! My physician is Dr. Bennie and have seen Dr. Davis a couple of times as a patient and have been happy with both. They don't rush. Take the time to listen. They will work with you to find out the best options for your health. I go to the dental dept for my dental needs and so far they have dealt with all my issues with no problems.

I love coming here for my maedical nurses doctors,and my therapist are great and some pharmacy staff ie. Peggy other than that I wouldn't even bring my cat here.i was one or two minutes late to an appointment and I water for 45 minutes till I was told I couldn't be seen like my times not important.moving o behavioral​ health was a big mistake now you get to sit out in the open for everyone to see, were not freeks we just have issues and you can here every thing in the other rooms. Now there's treaugh who don't even answer the phones when two or three people are in there do your job pick up a phone you get paid to do something a chimpanzee can do.what I'd like to see here besides better service in some places is maybe aromatherapy and acupuncture and bring back Gavin and his monthly cooking classes many people are missing out on how to enjoy a healthy lifestyle

Great medical/dental care. I love my Dr. If you have the opportunity to receive health care at Redding Rancheria Tribal Heath I 100% recommend it.

My Great Niece came in to see her doctor and they told her it was just a flu bug go home. well her fever persisted and they told her they would take a swab of her throat and meanwhile her ankles were swelling up and her body was red and she was wheeled chaired out of the clinic, and told to come back the next day so they could swab her nose. Thank God the next day my sister and brother in law came up because we knew she needed to go to emergency room, but her clinic doctors were incompetent. my brother in law grabbed her almost ran down the doctor when he saw my 9 year old niece and took her to Mercy ER ,Thank God she was in SEPTIC SHOCK!!!!!! and Redding Rancheria doctors could not see that!!!!!?????? she almost died!!! she was flown to UCDavis and will be there for 6 weeks ,B y the way thanks for calling my Dad a week later to let him know my niece had a virus a week later. duh she would be dead by now. Redding Rancheria needs to be accountable for thier incompetent doctors.

As a tribal member I would expect better customer service. The actual working staff, doctors and nurses, are wonderfully trained and work efficiently if not always effectively. I too have had difficulty with appointments. 1 minute late and you're rescheduled ; even though I am expected to wait for 20 minutes in the lobby and another 20 in the back room. So I only sit for 19 minutes in the lobby instead of 20. They have no problem wasting my time. Though the one shining star is Virgil. He is a blessing and always leaves you with a smile. He's why I give 2 stars. Don't even get me started on dental. Almost bled to death when they pulled a tooth.
