This is the most insensitive office and drs. I've ever dealt with not only did they give my father more medication they were supposed to, because they failed to look at his med list and see he was already taken his steroids at home. The day father passed away they had the nerve to call us multiple times trying to see if they could make him an appt to get labs done. We told them he was passing and they had the nerve to ask if we wanted a referral for hospice. (We already had palliative care and they are wonderful) He passed two hours later. They were supposed to help pro long my fathers life with quality, and all they did was make my father suffer by trying to refuse comfort care. I would never recommend this joke of a cancer center, do your self a favor a seek other options, like UCSF, I wish we would of stayed there instead of somewhere local.

it was great when it was still Solace. It is now Dignity North State (run by or affiliate with Mercy). Dr.'s Philben and Penn are no longer there. Dr. Penn has moved to the Bay Area some where and she is a deep lose. Dr. Philben can be found at 963 Butte St. Redding,CA. 96001, down behind Shasta Regional, and next to North Valley Physical Therapy. Her # is 244-3921.
