This company does not answer their phone, when they do, they have excuses as to why they put you on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. Then they take your name and number and tell you they will call back, and they do not. Every month they screw up on my bill. They are horrible.

I called in after seeing the commercial and spoke with Sam who was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the difference in quotes. I've recently moved to California from the east coast and was glad to find a broker who could help me lower my monthly payments.

The sale rep was very helpful and knowledgeable and I will consider tittan insurance

These guys are AWESOME! I called around to a few different car insurance places for insurance, and by far my agent at Titan was the best and cheapest! He got me insurance and helped me with my registration renewal. Everyone there was quick and friendly! I know that i made the BEST chioce when i chose Titan Insurance.

The sales people are not up front about all of the fees, I went there because I was referred by a good friend. I am so disappointed/ borderline disgusted with the service. I chose to go with Geico after seeing I was paying about 50% more for the exact same coverage. I went in to set a cancel date, and pay my remaining balance. I was politely told my balance was clear with them, and good luck.

A year later.. I see on my credit report that they have applied a default charge of $77. I am in the process of buying a house, this was not good news. I called the collection agency (titan) to dispute the charge. This is where it gets nasty.. I explained the situation, was told it was a misunderstanding, and to have Geico fax a statement that I had continuous coverage so it would be removed. Did that, called back to make sure it was received, different agent answered this time. Said that I had that faxed for no reason, and I had to pay the balance still. I call corporate. They said it's up to the locally owned agent to settle the issue. Called this local office here. I was told by Dodson (assuming manager) That it was in the documents, it doesn't matter what the agent told me.. I realize the importance of reading all of the fine print, but sometimes we just trust the human being in front of us is telling us the correct information.. right? I believe in companies that stand behind their word, it's just good business.
