We have had nothing but problems with this company since July when we signed up for our insurance. We are into it by $200.00 but we are seriously thinking of kissing that amount good-by and also LifeHelp. We will be letting other members of our credit union know of our dealings with this insurance company. Do not understand why they have a phone number available because we never got any help with what answers they gave to us. And when you are on hold it is just like you are attending a funeral...their choice of music is terrible. We chose not to give them even one star but in order to post our review we had to at least give them one.

what a joke.....I've had them for 10 years, called to cancel, was told I was canceled, yet another month came out of my account. This action caused me overdrafts and fees, as we were told it was canceled with no problem, we did not deposit the funds for it to go through. I called to get this resolved and was told, there was nothing they could do. Basically too bad for me. I'm disgusted by this lack of customer service. I had requested the information to do a different policy, I am NO LONGER interested in dealing with this company. I realize the fee is only $32.00 that I had to pay, but that's a full tank of gas for my son to get back and forth to school in. Shame on you Life Help.
