Good food, but ran out of chips.
Probably not a big deal for most...but if I would have known that before they made my salad I'd have gone elsewhere.

Have always LOVED Chipotle service and food (especially the barbacoa). Used to frequent the central valley and east bay locations regularly until I moved to northern CA. The Redding Chipotle still has the same great food, but the service and pleasant personalities are severely lacking compared to its southern counterparts. Not everyone is bad, but there are certainly more than one employee who think it's ok to barely look or listen to a customer while going down the line. Seems rather normal in the area, possibly just due to lack of options to hire good people. Just need a little more of an effort to help the customer feel valued.

I have never gotten an order incorrect. Super friendly staff, always compliments on my clothes or anything.

This place has major issues with their staffs and they know it. Many of the staff just stand around and those who are hustling are outpacing others on the line that are holding up the queue. It doesn't seem like a training issue, but more of people just not being able to keep up or do their job. The storefront is quite messy and tables weren't being cleaned, but there is a lot of seating.
