I wish we lived closer so we're able to visit this place more often! The food's good, the price's right and at the time of our visit there was not rush or wait.

I've only been here once, but I will be back! In the Redding heat, it's nice to be able to go in and get a nice cool salad, freshly made, as well as a fantastic sandwich. This is not fast food by any means, so allow about 15 minutes for your meal to be prepared. The amount of food that you get for the price seems like a very good value to me. I got a half sandwich and half salad, and I was pretty well stuffed. I am not a petite eater either.
The tables are generally smooth with a nice lacquer finish. However the table that we sat at just to the right of the door as you exit seemed to be quite sticky, perhaps because the lacquer was peeling, or heaven forbid it was just dirty. If you leaned against the table or put your hand on the top, your clothing would stick and your hand would peel away from the tabletop. It may sound worse than it actually was, and I'm still giving 5 stars because the quality of the food was that good.

I've always loved this place but last time I went...Young man at counter, ordered orange honey latte with my own reusable Starbucks cup. I asked for hemp milk too. Total came to 6.12. I said wow that's expensive. When my drink was ready it was mostly ice with about 3-4 inches of yummy latte missing. Without complaining about the ice I said can You fill this up all the way? He said "With more ice?" I said "No with what I paid for?" He ended up putting more hemp milk in with a sour attitude. For 6.12 I want product not more ice...Grrr.

The employees are very passionate. They actually seem like they want to be there unlike most places I go to. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!! I was bored, they kind of cheered me up which is very hard to do. The guy working the counter seemed happy and the guy walking around seeing how everyone is seemed pretty happy. They had great root beer!!!
