The current (Aug 2017) manager Benny assualted my friend while he was trying to get a refill. I would like to know who her supervisor is and the owner.

Staff can be a little cold. Transients in the parking lot often. Go to Cypress McDonald's, you be glad you did.

Ordered a coffee cost $1.00 and they charged $1.00 extra for wanting 1 cream and 1sugar. What a rip off. The franchisee owners at mc donalds are getting rediculous. Wont even order food from this place since they have to take advantage of the customers.
