I was in search of a one way rental due to unfoseen airline issues and this location was the only rental agency with a vehicle available. The customer service was so poor (rude, condescending, flippant, arrogant, and accusatory) that I did not rent. I spent an additional night in town in order to rent from another rental agency that understood customer service.

Horrible! Never going back to this location, gives Avis a bad name. The manager there is a total Jerk for lack of a better word. Unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was sitting in the office, I did exactly what he told me to do about changing my reservation (Call and cancel to update my card and create a new one) and this was the reason he wouldn't lend to me! Ridiculous. Also while I was there, a woman called because her tire blew and she needed help. She placed this woman on hold and talked smack about her and her situation like there wasn't customers sitting in the lobby. He was training 2 new girls who had amazing customer service skills, and i hope he doesn't ruin them. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and most likely not to Avis.

HORRIBLE!! They gave me a car with no oil!!!!! I had to pull over at 5 am with 3 babies in the car to put oil in on a sunday and the man douglas told me that it was my fault why it didnt have any oil!!!

My experiences renting cars here have been excellent.
I have rented from this Avis / Budget location
several times. Great value and service. I look
forward to renting vehicles again from
this agency. Renting from this agency has
proved to be a simple, easy process, and
at an excellent price. You can save money by
renting here, rather than at the airport. It is located
like 2.6 miles from the Reno Tahoe Airport. Andy
