Of all my experiences with Rental places this is THE WORST. Very unprofessional. Sign on front door said it opened at 7:30. Guy rolls in at 7:37. To most, not a big deal. To me, that's a lack of appreciation to the customers.
Once we finally received a car about 1 hour later, it was not cleaned out. Stains in back seat, dirt on floor, etc. In short, it is obvious there won't be a return to this "establishment".

Rented a weekend vehicle under USAA (military rates), and when we were given the vehicle, the gas tank was between the FULL line and the first line next to it. The vehicle was returned with EXACTLY the same amount of gas as when we received it. Nothing was said at that time, and we went about our way. A day later, we notice a charge of $55 on the account. After being on the phone or nearly 30/mins, trying to explain to "customer service" what the issue was, we finally found out there was a gas charge added. Of course it was disputed and now we have to e-mail a copy of our last gas receipt to Budget for a possible credit in 3-5 business days. This is a HUGE waste of our time and energy to have to do this. Just be aware this location is a franchise and not cooperate - so I feel they are nickel-and-diming everything they can. In the future DO BUSINESS WITH CORPORATE BUDGET AT THE RENO/TAHOE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Budget was great as always. I Have Schlepped my stuff across the Country four times, and Budget is ALWAYS my go-to...The truck was great, the carrier was easy to drive with, so my Jeep got here when I did... :)

I rented a car for a week and returned it on time. Their system was down so they produced no receipt showing I had even returned it. 3 days later I have a charge on my credit card for 64. 76 and a certified letter in the mail stating the consequences if I don't return the car. Absolute highway robbery. I called customer service a few times only to be transferred around to numerous employees telling me I had to contact the Sparks NV establishment where I rented it. I called, they have no knowledge of the deduction form my credit card. In addition, the employee took my name and number and informed me a manager will be notifying me in regards to the situation the next morning. I received no call. I will never use budget rentals again. Please refund the money you STOLE form my account. Two things I cant stand.. thieves and liars.
