This is the 3rd time I have been to this theater and each time the staff has been rude. They are polite to all the white people, but rude when dealing with people of color. I recommend people stop patronning this establishment.

Nice theater, excellent employees. They have large reclining seats, very comfortable. Tip: weekends, buy tickets in advance, seats fill up quickly.

IMAX screen wasn't as big as other IMAX screen I've been to. The seats are on the smaller size and don't recline. On the positive side, the theater was clean and staff was really polite.

Best theater in Reno/Sparks area. All of their theaters have large and comfortable recliner seats except the IMAX. Very clean and organized, wouldn't watch a movie anywhere else in this town. A little bit pricier than other places but worth it. Minus 1 star for cost and can only purchase tickets on their website or at the theater.

This movie theatre is great. It's very modern looking and online ordering is very convenient. My only complaint is the cleanliness. There seems to ALWAYS be popcorn all over the floor. I'm sure it's really hard to keep up with it all because there's so many people coming in and out, but other than that it's perfect.
