I have donated regularly at united blood services for years. Went to Biomat year ago and after waiting couple hours could not donate as was on pain medication. This was written down with medication list so would have been nice if was told this when they saw on list instead of sitting there for so long. Went in today and signed is as new donor after advising them of visit last year. Signed in and sat for 45 minutes with no communication. Went back up to window to ask why was not given paperwork to fill out and told still had my info from last time and needed to wait for medical. Another long wait to be called to just have one question asked if still on pain meds and advised was not. Was sent back to new donor window to sign in again. Took my ID and then sent me to back to have veins checked. Two ladies ahead of me were sent away then was my turn. Imagine my surprise that the person checking veins could not find mine either. Have never had anyone not be able to find veins at anytime. In fact they are so good I was asked to let medical assistant students practice on me to learn how to draw blood.
Talked to one of the ladies in parking lot who was turned away and she also has not ever had a problem before giving donations. We were both very well hydrated as we know to drink plenty of water. Just had a trained Medical Assistant check my veins an hour later and had no problems finding them. Because of incompetent employee total waste of time.

It's a facility where you donate plasma. The first time you go it is a long process, but after that it is easy and takes about a hour. The staff is very nice and work quickly to get you in and out. You are helping the community and earning a few dollars for yourself. They are open every day except Monday.

Don't go to the reno facility. They are nice except they made me sit there for a physical for over 2 hours, found out I had 3 piercings they didn't know about. They are in my ears and it's hard to miss them, but in the 10 years I've been donating, they claim they never saw them. So because I apparently didn't put it on my paperwork, years ago, I am now permanently deferred. I have all my piercings for going on 11 years now (minus the 2.5 years I was in the army) and now out of the blue they said I can never donate with them again because I lied. I didn't lie I just didn't have them in the last time I did a physical, but they don't care. I'm not sure how the sparks facility is but the gm at the reno facility is dumb. She didn't even talk to me about it just her tech's that didn't seem like they wanted to listen. So all in all they made me sit there for over 2 hours, no pay, and called me a liar.😡

They say ur vip but if u y does it take so long for them to call u i just think the need better works that know the job

Good, would give 5*'s only you never know HOW much $ you're going to get, unless you're one who Regularly donates! Otherwise there may be some confusion about days spacing and the rules.
Therr is a bunch of things to read waiting is long. The money is not that great, in a pinch there is no alternative to get fast cash!
