Been great every time except this one. Booked a king for my bday and anniversary then drive 4 hrs to be given a room with doubles and told we could pay for the upgrade and wouldn't refund our money so we could go somewhere else. Lost me for a customer.... They were pretty rude

I love the price of this hotel for you get, it's the only place i stay in the reno area

This place is dirty! I would give it 0 stars if I could! When we got in our room from a long day of driving we couldn't even use the bathroom because there was pee all over the toilet. After calling the front desk I went to pull the sheets back to put my kids to sleep AND there was a note in the sheets not just one bed but in both bed's saying they're disgusting and to leave. Obviously the sheets were not changed! I'll include pictures!

Great rates, a Fantastic pool , plenty of good food and clean rooms. Lots of other good stuff to do in Sparks!
