The employee's are top of their game. Never really had to wait in line and when I did it wasn't for long.
They handle unpleasant customers,
(who want everything yesterday), in a very perfessional manner.

I don't know what it is about these people but they are so nice! They've helped me on many different occasions and I have seen Robert handle the nastiest customers so calmly and politely! They are all just great, which makes my visits to them that much easier to handle during my ruff times. And for that I thank U!

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I waited in line for over 30 minutes for a western union.... It was the worst expereience I ever had.

i would definately recommend Check City to anyone who was in need of some quick cash. As a single mother of 3, times can get really tough and it's really nice to know that I can always count on CC to help me get through til my next payday. Their rates are very reasonable and not ridiculous like other places. Their employees are extremely nice and always willing to try and help you out. I would recommend Check City over any other company for any payday loan or check cashing service. -JA Reno Nv
