I enjoyed it. It's semi cool and has a nice view. Only con: the obscene amount of dog poop present.

Seemed like a nice enough park but I was warned by a cop not to be anywhere near this place at night!

Far enough out of the way to forget about town, close enough that your ice stays frozen on your way here. This park offers picnic benches, plenty of shade trees, bbq stands, cleared areas for tent camping and car parking, and easy access to Truckee River for those who love to fish or just get their feet wet. Dog-friendly location away from main roads and vehicle traffic. Good place to come to relax, read a book, or have a birthday party.
