CVS pharmacy

There seems to be 1 employee only who knows what is going on. This pharmacy is a mess. Used Walgreens for years, not one issue. CVS, nightmare everytime I go, online app is a joke. CVS needs a serious overhaul. It is always busy & so many people seem confused, everyone waiting is frustrated. I can imagine it is hard to be cheery, diligent & professional when every customer is so frustrated. It seems to be a vicious cycle. I'm irritated everytime I have to go there & have only encounted 1 employee who seems to care, but can't fix their systemic problems.

If there was a negative star that's what I'd rate them. They're lazy and shouldn't take an hour to fill anything! I will be changing pharmacys and recommend everyone doing the same.

The customers service at there pharmacy is awful! They don't know what there doining and have total attitudes especially the Pharmacist, he's a complete ads and full of himself. Very rude will never spend my money there again. Would rather go to Wal-Mart!!!!!. 😡

CVS on Sparks Blvd. has the best service I've ever experienced. The techs are always courteous and knowledgeable. The drive-thru makes my life a lot easier because I am forever filling/refilling my medications.

This store a mess. They do not communicate with customers. They make promises they can't keep. The people that work for them admit that there pharmacy is terrible. I have been waiting three days for a prescription. I was never called to let me know that they were out, then when I called they said they were out and It was ordered from another store and be here on Monday. Monday comes and no phone call to say they have not got it until I go there and now they say it's on back order. And by the way they set up automatic prescription without your authorization
