Solid lunch buffet- pizza was the right temperature and wasn't old/dry. They seemed to have removed the soup optn however, and I would have liked some kind of sweet item for dessert.

They are generous with the portions they have a fresh salad bar. And a few arcade games.

Normally...... I love the pizza factory, I grew up in this restaurants birth place...
Today I received the poorest customer service on the phone by I think she said
" Nina" . I was placing a order for delivery over the phone, as soon as I started to state what I would like I heard uncontrollable laughing in the back ground.. I felt like they were laughing at me, probably not the case, but it was very unprofessional.. The girl "Nina " was obviously very distracted, took her 3 times to get my card number correct , then read the exact number out loud to me over the phone.. It finally worked because she could probably sense I was getting frustrated and paid me more attention..I've never felt disrespected like that at this establishment before and it was very disappointing..
I'm sorry to say, I won't be coming back, and I will no longer state to my friends that it's the best pizza ever...
Customer service goes farther than good pizza...

We came in on a Monday right after tbe lunch buffet. Two adults and one toddler. Very nice staff. Wolf pack is an amazing pizza!! Salad bar was still fresh looking. And good tasting
