I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now. I usually grow tired of the same place/stylist and make changes every few years - not any longer. Tiffany is wonderful and is also the owner. The pride she takes in her salon, the staffing, aesthetics, product choices and overall comfort of the clientele is second to none. She truly cares about her business and making everyone happy. I love all of the little things that, at the end of the day, are big things. The flavored water, coffee, tea, fresh chocolate chip cookies - these things add up and they are nice to see/partake in when you are there. This is, by far, the best salon and salon experience I've ever had.

I go to Villaggio Suits and see Lacie Carl as my nail tech. She is great at what she does and has been being it forever. I never have a problem with her canceling on me she is always there. I also never have a problem with my nails she gives me what I pay for. She is not just a nail lady she is also a friend to her clients.

Rachael was recommended to me since I couldn't get into my regular girl. Called made appt. Had my reunion that nt. She said it was right next to in n out. I got there. Forgot her name, told reception I think my nail girl is here. She says no. Sends me away. I'm driving around looking for another salon. 20 min later I get a text from her. I call and ask where are you ? Villggio. I tell her I was right there . She tells me girl screwed up. But now she can't do my nails so calls in other girl to come in. I tell I want short round nails. She makes them long. One was square. I told her I wanted fushia with teal blue glitter mix. She says she cant. I get two different colors nails. When my nails started breaking in 2 days. I called day 7 to complain. But they only work a couple days. I was charged $20 more than any other place in reno. My other nails lasted 2 months. Girl didn't listen to anything I asked. Does not want to give me a refund. Don't use lacy.

Kind of a run down building but the aesthetic is complementing. New stylist seems to like it here, also convenient location off the freeway
