I am very disappointed in the care that my dog was given. I have a 12 year old lab who I brought in for his annual examination. Dr. Lusk entered the room, did not introduce herself and proceeded to gently kick my dog when he did not stand up as fast as she wanted him to. She examened him and then proceeded to leave. I had to stop her and ask her what her findings were. She was very unprofessional. The only good thing that I have to say is that the vetrinary assistant who checked us in was very kind and attentive.

We've been bringing our dog here for a few years now. They are always able to work with our schedule and see us in a timely manner. The facility is very clean, super nice staff, and our dog feels comfortable coming in for visits. We really appreciate all the care they have been able to provide our dog!

Dr brown is amazing! My dogs don't usually care for the vet but since we have started seeing dr brown they feel comfortable and at ease going in.

Lakeside is the 3rd animal hospital we have taken our dog to - and the last one we'll ever need. I consider us fortunate to have someone as caring and intelligent as Dr. Brim. One of the great things about the hospital, and in particular Dr. Brim, is they are extremely knowledgeable in homeopathic methods. Another plus is that the staff is terrific, especially Hannah. If I had to choose just one word to describe how we feel about Lakeside it would be TRUST.
