We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hostess greeted us immediately and even took our drink order. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and her suggestions were spot on! We had the pleasure of meeting the lady behind the great food, Miss Lisa, who received us just as if we were family! We will definitely be back! Also, we will be telling all of our family and friends about this fine Richmond Restaurant!

What is with the service here, no nothing for 15 plus minutes until going up to the bar twice.
That only yielded waters, then the order came out so staggered it might as well been a different meal, drinks were the same way and it was only two flights. I mean come on!! It was not even busy.
Way to impress my out of town guests.
What a suck experience!

Excellent customer service... our large group was given a special accommodation and Chef Mama threw down in the kitchen to make us an off-menu brunch. My mouth still salivates when I think about it. I have never had food that good! Salt and pepper were useless at the table, I want to go to that lady's cookouts and holiday meals. DELISH!

Best Experience: Can't think of one.
Worst Experience: Waiter put on our bill that we had 6 people instead of 5 so that his tip would be guaranteed, knowing well his service was awful all night.
Bottom Line: I've been going to 7 Hills ever since they opened, due to its close proximity to work. Out of the gate it was a pleasant spot; decent beer, good bar food and an awesome location. However over the past year they've struggled with maintaining an identity. Are we a brewery? A seafood restaurant? A nightclub? Trying to do all three has set standards so low it's laughable. Their service is consistently horrible, their menu constantly changes and their food quality has dropped below sub-par. Until they answer the simple question of "Who are we?" I don't have faith it will get better.
Silver Lining: Beer continues to improve.
