The overall experience is anything but what you'd want from a bar that's predicated on the game watching experience. Tough to get games service, employees stated that they didn't like working there and the service is abysmal. They made it feel like you were doing them a favor by coming. The pro is that you can catch a bunch of games with a cost of awful service (untimely, rude etc).

The wings were way too saucy. Took us 5 min to be greeted when the server was staring right at us on her phone. Manager delivered our drinks, server brought the app, a different server brought the wings. She never once asked how our food was. We had to ask her for the check and for a refill on drinks and more napkins. The bar area seemed somewhat busy so we decided to sit in the dinning area. There was 2 maybe 3 servers on the floor and only about 6 tables. Most of which were just sitting watching the game. Im a server and I hate complaining, but I wasted $10 on wings I didn't eat which would have been fine if I had a better atmosphere and a more attentive server. I still left her a little over 20% BC maybe there was something going on behind the scenes or maybe she was just having an off day. I will never go here again!! This ruineded it!! Buffalo wild wings in the Richmond area is worse than any other I've ever been too!! Very disappointed!

They've gotten my order wrong or out to me incredibly late about 70% of the time, however, they are often very courteous in making things right. The manager is very hands on and stuff are generally friendly. One guy in particular does an excellent job.

I really enjoyed myself here tonight... The server named LIBRA was really great! I recommend you ask for her when there..! It was all around AMAZING, very clean as well

They now, for some reason require your Drivers License to even eat food here. My wife left hers at home, and they refused to even let us eat some food here. We had no plans on drinking and told that to the manager, he even refused a picture of the ID I had on my phone. Wish I could give 0 starts. Never going again, this place sucks they dont even serve that good of food when I did use to go here.
