Lived here three years and considering renewing if I decide to stay in the area. Always had a very pleasant experience with Ved (the landlord). Maintenance is usually within the hour (or at least within the day) when something needs repair. Newly renovated place, beautiful view and a fair price. Also, rent has never been raised on me.

Worst property manager ever! She send massive emails with small complaints about everything. She will tell you that you have access to the back door but when asked for the key she claimed they were all out. Plus there are mice infesting most of the apartments! The monthly extermination is a pain especially when I woke up one morning and they walked right on in and only sprayed the living room. Literally overpriced and is worse than living in on campus housing with all the specific rules the property manager makes up. She is the worst ask any tenant residing there now.
