Staff is really friendly. That's about where the good ends. My last straw was when I received a call to confirm an appointment. Now, they don't have an answering machine or service which means you must call during their business hours and hope someone answers. I tried twice to call during my lunch breaks and no one answered (likely because they get their lunch the same time I do). Finally received another snarky message saying "we would appreciate a call back." I am certain that they don't allow their staff to make personal calls on the job but they seem to require that of patients who work during normal business hours. After 4 days of trying to call them back when its convenient for THEM, I had to hand deliver a letter and stick it on their door to cancel an appointment so that I wouldn't get charged.

OMGosh...the unprofessionalism is unreal....THESE PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE A COURSE IN ETHICS, FOLLOWUP AND HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS 101......if there dentistry work is any way like they run their business....NOT GOOD

We have been going there for over 10 years and service has been good. But lately we have had several appointments cancelled or rescheduled. This last time it involved a serious procedure that could not wait and we were given a referral to another practice. We've been loyal patients for many years and expected more from this practice.

I have been going here for about 4 or 5 years now and I am going to switch dentists. I've had two different times where Dr Beck did not numb my mouth enough for fillings! I know it was him the second time because he told me he missed the right spot for the shot! I feel he is too old and needs to retire. This is the worst! I hate the dentist anyway and this does not help my fear of them. He is also too rough when doing cleanings or any type of work. I hate putting bad reviews because I really want to like this place but I think I'm going to see what else is out there. 😔

Dr. Beck and the entire staff are excellent! Rhonda in billing is really nice and helpful and always goes the extra mile! Everybody's extremely honest and hard working!
