I surly agree to the last review , the professionalism , none . Makes you feel very uncomfortable .Had recently moved here from and chose a pediatric office close to my location and I'm sad to say the service was poor and dealing with children that atmosphere was unfriendly .

Not friendly or professional. Dr Caldwell speaks down to you and tries to make you feel as though you are a bad parent. Looks at you in a way as though she is better. My daughter has the flu and we scheduled a follow up appointment for her to be cleared for school. I say an hour before being taken to the back where I waited 1 hour and still no one saw my child. When I informed them I had to leave for work they simply said.... Oh you haven't been seen yet? I said no then they said I guess we need to schedule another appointment..when would you like? As though I had options when my child needs to return back to school. Very inconsiderate
