While I may not always see eye to eye with Dr. Briggs, she has always been straight forward and honest. I appreciate that, I have had doctors that will kiss my ass and puff me up. If I am doing something wrong tell me, if there is a better way to do it, tell me. I make mistakes like every human, I do not know everything, no one does. Dr. Briggs has always tentative to the children and will address any concerns I may have. If I am over thinking it, she will not hesitate to tell me and vice versa. She has always been respectful of my wishes. She may come off as cold, but she isn't. She has always laughed at my minions no matter how annoying they may be. She is an excellent doctor and I am happy to have her as my children's primary.

Very rude i would never take my kids back to her cant stand this lady sorry but she needs to find a new job she clearley is not Happy 😈

My daughter is 8 and I have 3 kids and all of them see Dr.Briggs, she is funny, down to earth and knows what is best for the health of my kids. Ms.Johnson is the best professional receptionist I know and will always take care of you.

I worked for Dr.Briggs for two days after i quit! My first day there Dr.Briggs did not acknowledge my existence looked me up and down and dismissed me as if i wasn't a brand new employee there to assist her! I let that go bc i know how doctors can be the second incident she shoved a paper at me to take to the front and told me to "take it up there bc I wasn't doing nothing anyway" in a very condescending way mind you this was my first day and I was instructed by the office manager to just observe. Further throughout the day she came up to one of the nurses standing right beside me and offered her some fruit and didn't turn to me and offer me anything out of common courtesy as if I wasn't standing there. I HAVE NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRR in my life experienced a Doctor better yet PEDIATRICIAN act like that. After i quit the office manager called me to tell me I have to come up there and do a background check in order to be paid for those two days bc its procedure. It's procedure to do a background check in order to pay me but it wasn't procedure to do a background check before you hired me when I would be working with children?! I feel like it's just a way to get out of paying me for the time I spent there. Honestly, I'd rather not step foot back in the office. The office manager seems like a wonderful woman & treated me with respect but Dr.Briggs is not a doctor I would recommend for any ones child I've never been in a room with her with a patient but if she treated me with no respect & I was hired to help her I can only imagine how she treats her patients. Do not go to this doctor if you can help it. I don't usually write reviews but this is something I had to share.

One of the worst doctor's office I've ever been too. Not only is she rude but she loves to tell you what and how to raise your own child. For example, my children are way too young to know what a penis is. And it's my choice to tell my child. Not the doctors. Another example, is my child has a temperature of 103.1 but yet they can't give me any advice except bring her to the doctor tomorrow. To me that's crazy
