Horrible customer service. The appeal process on their tickets is a joke, if you get one you might as well just pay because even if you have definitive proof that the ticket was incorrect they will ignore it and charge you nonetheless. I'd rather pay more to park elsewhere then to use their horrible facilities and endure their horrible customer service again.
