HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. My husband had a new patient scheduled appointment he waited 2 months for. His appointment time was 10:50, he arrived at 10:30 for new patient paperwork and still at 12:15 had not been seen by Dr. Avula. I have left 3 messages for a return call as to why he was not seen and still after 1 week, NO response.

A wonderful place . My doctor (Dr ASHRAFI) diagnosed me with hypertension & started working with me to help me get it down . Checked it today & it was 122 over 78 . Bottom line is: I've been seeing him since 2012 & my blood pressure has been going down every since . Also, whenever I've gotten sick & needed to be seen immediately, they fit me right in . Most of the time, I was seen the same day that I called . A great staff . If you don't believe me, come & see for yourself .

I have been going here for 10 years. Staff has always has been very kind. Phone answered on time and very informative. Love the My Chart program. I can get on line and ask for refills or send a question to my NP. Requests and messages are always answered in a timely manner. Great Medical Center.
