The hotel room was great and the bed was comfortable. We also had a conference function there too. The conference food was good. They managed the room well. The bar downstairs had a good selection of wine, alcohol, and beer. The overall ambiance was premium feeling. Water did not work the night we were there. I'm sure it was a one time thing and not the Omni's fault. Made things hard for some in our group.

Wow! I’ve been here for a school competition but took immediate note of the quality hotel this one is. The staff is quick to offer assistance and was happy to help answer a number of questions about where to eat, how to find the courthouse, and just engage with my team and I️ about what our business in Richmond was. The rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, and the location is impeccable. Downtown Richmond offers a lot to explore. The rates are more expensive than most of the other surrounding places, but you are paying for premium service and a quality stay. I️ would 100% come back.

First room we got smelled musty and moldy, we had a constantly dripping shower that was ignored by staff. Then had to get moved in the middle of the night and the manager the next day was only concerned with help moving stuff and not apologetic. Also the wedding there had the absolute most awful coordinator Mary Beth....never have a wedding here because she will make it a terrible experience!!!!

This hotel has a great set up for business conferences. It is beautiful. The food is great. It's right off the interstate for easy access and is close to the beautiful Park by the canal. Plenty of nearby parking. My only complaint is that they have feather pillows, which provide no neck support so I don't know why they're even still a thing.

Mini-bar Scam. I booked a room for a business trip using Bedfinder. That went well. I stayed and left. I asked for a receipt on the way out. It showed a zero balance. A month later I get a charge on my credit card for $72.77. After much hassle, I got through to the hotel and they told me it was for a mini-bar charge. I explained that not only do I not drink, but that I did not consume or take anything from the minibar. I'm now at their mercy to refund me and will have to wait a month to see if that happens. If it doesn't, then I have to file a dispute with the credit card company which is another big hassle. I will never stay at another Omni property. I will pay extra to stay at a Marriott property. I've never had an issue with Marriott. Good customer service makes a difference.
