Pam Day and her team of experts are wonderful! Day Title delivers the best customer service possible! They have done my closings, my sons', my friends', for over a decade! Pam is knowledgeable, smart, diligent and calm in every situation. She is simply the best.
Everyone at Day Title has a high level of customer service skills. Closing on a house can be stressful but Day Title is so experienced and capable, worries fade away and you can focus on packing up the truck and moving into the home of your dreams!

My opinion from personal experience :These folks neglected to find a lien on my property costing me thousands of dollars when I tried to sell it. They refused to give me anything back towards damages. I have all the paperwork necessary to back this statement up.

My experience with Day Title was horrible. Toward the end of the transaction I was unable to believe anything from them. Their unprofessionalism, lack of attention to detail, misleading statements and misleading promises were unprecedented in the Real Estate industry. This Closing agent is unable to be trusted and consumers should be aware of these business practices.

Home buyers and sellers probably don't think much of who their title company is, figuring they're really a bunch of clerks who file boilerplate paperwork. However, my recent purchase of a Glen Allen home made me appreciate how much goes into this property transfer process that has to be precisely coordinated. My closing was put in jeopardy due to sluggish, last-minute procedures of the seller's lower-cost title company. The staff at Day title went the extra mile working the phones overtime into the evening the day before and the day of my closing, to secure the transaction at the 11th hour! Their staff was prompt will all communications, and Ms. Day herself was unflappably polite and cordial at the signing. Finally, Day Title furnished a power of attorney document for my wife and I at no additional cost, to enable me to sign papers for my wife and I so that I could travel to Richmond alone and keep my kids from missing school. Really, first-class all the way!
