A man called named Mr. White looking for my mother. I said she does not live here and that I would send him power of attorney forms so he could talk to me. He refused and said he could only talk to her even though I had power of attorney. Very unprofessional!

The lady Ms Cobb from CAB call my phone 15 times a day. If she call my phone one more time with her rudeness, it's going to get ugly.

We used credit adj board to collect for us for several years. They really do not do much at all. Very rarely do you get a call back when you call to inquire about the status of accounts that have been sent to them for collection.We have more luck collecting on our own so we severed our business relationship with them over a year ago. The owner only wants to take businesses money without actually collecting on the accounts. You have to stay on top of them or they wont even send you what they have collected...its seems to get "misplaced", until you ask about it. Businesses Beware!!

These people are assholes. They called me about a 40 dollar bill that I can't pay right now because I have an EXTEMELY ill 8 month old son. I told them politely that they would get there money in Feb when I get my tax return , and she INFORMED ME that "I don't have the option of paying my bill once a year" in a nasty voice. I understand that I owe them money, but now I don't even want to pay them. I called back to speak to a manager just about how the woman was basically yelling at me and disrespecting me over the phone, told her what happened and she told me that the associate I talked to did nothing wrong. I asked her to pull up the call bc it was how she spoke to me that made me angry. And the supervisor blew me off and told me they just wouldn't call anymore.

The Credit Adjustment Board collects on accounts that we turn over to them. They are very easy to work with, very caring and very much interested in getting what monies is due you. Most people who write a review about this company would not have good things to say if they are a bad debt. Let's face it, they were irresponsible to begin with and did not think enough about the person they owed the money to so why would they have anything good to say about the collection agency who is trying to collect the debt.
This company is very fair. They will still allow you to be put on a payment plan even after the creditor tried to collect and you have failed them. The owner is a stand up guy. He is wonderful to work with and has a great personality. I have been working with him for over 20 years now and I have never run in to a problem.
