I didn't know about Rubicon until early this month when I started working at their central branch. The whole staff is lovely and you feel right at home. They are welcoming, always have a smile on their face and always seem happy.For the time that I have been there, I have witness the love for their jobs. They take care of their clients, and make them feel loved, encourage them not to give up, and do their best to help them go back on the right track to be successful individuals. they help people's lives, especially those who had lost all hope for a better future. I call them "second chances givers". I will love to continue working here because I am a student and I major in psychology. This is a great place to work if you love working with people, and helping them better their lives.
