Food was good but the service could've been better we never did get the flapjacks with our meal.

Came here for brunch today. Ordered the swanky Benedict. It took forever to be greeted. We put our food in with our drink order. It took around 45 minutes for our food to come out. Everyone's food came out separately. When I finally got mine the food was not hot at all. My poached egg was fully cooked. The server did not come to check on us for at least 15 minutes. When the food runner sat my food down she slung it on the table and my egg fell into my ketchup. I complained about my eggs and temperature of my food. About 10 minutes later they brought out a brand new plate for me. I wish I would of received that plate in the first place. It looked nothing like the first plate of food that I received. No ones water was refilled the entire meal. I'm so dissatisfied with the service and food here. Nothing was done in a timely manner. It has taken us an hour and a half to eat brunch.

Very disappointed! I've visited Baker's Crust numerous times, even ordered for my staff for office luncheons. Despite the annoying flies, I've been very pleased. However, today's visit was awful & I won't be returning nor ordering for a while, if ever again.
My husband & I went for brunch (Sunday, 9/11/16). He ordered chicken & waffles. I ordered the Maryland omlette entree (it comes with toast & hasbrowns) and an extra side order of bacon. My bacon came out burnt. My husband's food was cold as well. I asked the server to exchange the bacon & would've asked her to return the old hashbrowns, cold toast & cold omlette had she not walked off before I request that as well. Only to later return with another side of burned bacon! And yes, though I didn't order them, the flies were STILL present. Another server did confirm the food was cold & apologize. However, our server Rain, never apologized & seemed more irritated than accommodating.
I'm just very disappointed...debating if I'll ever return.

Incredibly rude waitress. Flung down menus and spoke in a condescending, high handed tone. This girl was so nasty that we left without ordering - something we've never done before. Never been treated so rudely. Brought waitresses' attitude to the attention of the manager who didn't really seem to care. Perplexing since we go there often and tip well. My husband asked waitress if we had offended her in some way (I wouldn't know how - she was like this from the get go) and she denied she was rude but her tone belied her words. They've lost our business.

Great food that is made to order specifically to your desire for health conscious people. Gluten free options available upon request. Nice variety of herbal tea along with the regular drink options. Reasonable prices and good staff.
