Visiting from CA, we arrived at a nearby hotel and searched for “restaurants near me” on my phone. This was the only non-chain restaurant and it was 4.2 stars in reviews so we went to check it out. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the prices were reasonable. Why would anyone eat at the nearby chain restaurants when this gem of a family-run place is right around the corner? This was an amazing find, and we wish we lived here so we could come back often. Our kids entertained themselves in the arcade game room while we enjoyed appetizers and wine. Great neighborhood place; classic “Italian restaurant” vibe, Frank Sinatra on the music system. We loved it. Definitely recommended.

I've been visiting Carini's since moving to Richmond.I've always been treated nice and always got fair value for my dollar. They're Greek salad,French fries and cheese pizza are really good.

I love this place. A very low key, clean spot...i love having lunch here. Food is good . It deserves all five stars...did I mention the bar.....love it!!!!

Everything from the servers to the food portions. My family has never had a bad experience, nor has my family every felt rushed or ignored. The steak and cheese is worth the drive. This place has a real Italian feel to it. Highly recommended.

Always recommending them to everyone: LOVE this place. Best Tortellini's. Great food, great prices. They even have a little arcade for kids to play, while you relax. It's been around forever (my bfs mother was literally pregnant with him working there). Love going there, never have a complaint. Well except 1: There isn't one in walking distance to me. If there was, I'd give up cooking. It's clean, fresh, and affordable. Again, LOVE THEM!
