I would give it 5 stars for service and atmosphere, and 1 star for food. It has a very fun beach themed restaurant atmosphere overlooking the James River, but the fish tacos where the worst I've ever had. The fish consisted of one tiny gray filet, despite my ordering it rare, and only a gross, incredibly slimy Asian slaw accompanied the fish on the tortillas. There was an upcharge for the side salad even though it most closely resembled a measly garnish. Because of the awesome service and great atmosphere, I will try it one more time. I'm hoping to update this review!

During my time at Rocketts, I’ve loved the staff at the conch! Great family within the walls of a Fantastic place. Come on down and meet the staff and enjoy great food and live music.

We had an amazing experience tonight!! Sat outside with perfect weather and a beautiful view of downtown � We've only lived in the area a few months and this place is by far one of our favorites. The service was great, every person from the hostess, to the support staff to our waiter was really great! And the food was awesome!! We will definitely be back again! Thanks for a great night!!!

Excellent appetizers, and delicious diner at a reasonable price. The beer selection is decent. The patio views overlook the river. Do not order key lime pie. It has raspberry drizzle and whipped cream on it. A major disappointment after a great meal from a restaurant billing itself as authentic Key West.

The atmosphere of this place is really relaxing! It's on the water and there's a nice view of the outside from the inside. There is also seating outside, which is perfect on a nice day. The food was pretty good! I had no complaints and the other 6 people I was with didn't either! The crab cakes are so yummy and the BBQ pulled pork was so good as well!
