I'm not one to write reviews, however I would just like you guys at DQ to know that it is in no way proper to turn customers away before you close. If your closing time is 9pm, you stop serving at 9pm OR change your hours. We've never been to your store until this evening, and we won't be returning after such rude service.

How is this location open for business when their machines are broken? When they can not serve paying customers the one thing they are known for which is ice cream.My sister was visiting from Los Angeles and had the taste for DQ chocolate dipped cone. They arrive at this location to be told the machines are broken and have been that way for months. We later went to the Innsbrook Location further up West Broad that has a different owner and no problems.Do yourself a favor and visit another location like Innsbrook or Patterson if you too live in the West Even even Parham Rd machines work as we called them.

I went here to buy ice cream for my family. They had 2 guys who had no idea what they were doing. They were both trying to figure out how to make a blizzard and would hold it upside down for like 45 seconds and if it dripped they would throw it in a bucket and try again. It took about 25 minutes to get 3 blizzards and by the time we got the last one the first one melted. They were so focused on our 3 blizzards that a huge line had formed and we're starting to get angry. Don't go to this diary queen.
