Maybe my favorite place to eat. Love that Outlaw ribeye! Staff is always nice and on point. Bartenders do a great job of keeping glass full and having great attitudes. Best restaurant in east end of Henrico by far!

This restaurant was clean, our waiter Leon was quite friendly and quick and professional. He was a great waiter. The food was AMAZING I had the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and succulent. Bathrooms were very clean and the whole atmosphere was very nice.

Had a great time. It was busy but our Server Leon was excellent. Attentive and available. Thanks we will be back to see you Leon. One suggestion Manager Mike or Mark reprimanded another server out in public and was very rude and degrading. Other than that great time

Well, this was our second (and last) visit to this "steakhouse". I placed "steakhouse" in quotes because of our 4 steaks ordered... one was undercooked (she asked for medium well and got rare)... the other was overcooked (he asked for medium and got well done). The waiter apologized and took both back. Her rare steak was just tossed back on the grill and recooked... as my boyfriend can attest to, this just overcooks the exterior of the steak- which it did. His well done was reheated as well... WTH! They should have cooked a NEW STEAK. Then this restaurant tried to charge our table FULL PRICE for their screw ups! My boyfriend asked for the manager, but he/ she never came out. The waiter simply told us that we were given a percentage off the bill. A damn shame that a "steakhouse" cannot cook STEAKS. Must be owned by the same folks that own Outback. Maybe they should just rename themselves, "LongHorn House".... as they do make a decent salad and it is hard to mess up a baked potato.

Been there several times and always enjoyed my food. Can't remember ever having a bad experience with a server or bartender. Portions are generous, bar drinks are respectably strong and not watered down. Reasonable wait times depending on the time of day you go. The only reason I don't rate it 5-stars is I have noticed since my first visit a rather stale odor to, like carpet that needs cleaning. Strange thing to notice, I realize, but it has been there every visit.
