Dirty, staff looked like they were dead and hate their life, hair in the food, didn't prepare food correctly. I could keep going on how bad this location is.

For starters I was out with my two youngest daughters and wanted to get something a little more healthier than the usual fast food. I decided to try Noddles and Company for the first time. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very attentive, and very kid friendly. The food portions was very good and the kids meal was exceptionally delightful. My girls and I truly enjoyed our lunch and will be dinning here more often with the rest of the family.

I went in last night and got a Chipotle noodle bowl and was not impressed. The chicken wasn't cut up very good and the cilantro still had the stems intact to them. The lack of customer service was also a big negative. I get it, working in food service is not always great (I've been there) but a welcoming attitude goes a long ways. There was also a huge spill near the drink dispensers. Signs were probably placed but the lack of urgency to clean it up was not present. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone.

Staple in the quick lunch venue. No surprises, and you know what you are getting. Staff was friendly and efficient. Place was clean. Food came out quickly even at peak lunch rush.

I am quite nearly a daily customer, often dropping by at least 5-6 times a week, and have been able to observe shift changes throughout the past few months. I am happy to say that I have always received the same level of excellence in customer service regardless of shift. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and often go out of their way to exceed my own expectations of what good customer service looks like. I find them all to be thoughtful and engaging, while still managing to be very effective in their team work to help keep the place organized and running like a well oiled machine. Please forward my words to the team, they truly deserve praise and I hope their excellence in service is well rewarded.
