I️’ve had the WORST experience with this papa johns not once but twice. On both occasions I would call in and order a pepperoni pizza and when I️ the pizza is delivered it’s a cheese pizza !! I️ will never order from this location again.

Cancelled my pizza order without contacting me and lied that the driver couldn't get anyone at my house and for reasons unknown did not call me. Had people over and went hungry. "Management" is awful at this location. Sad because I generally love Papa John's.

This is the very first Papa John's pizza I ordered and the very last. Placed my order at 6:45pm, online, and gave instructions to deliver by 8:00pm. It's a Saturday night, probably going to be busy, let's cut them some slack right? 8:30 roles around, still no pizza so I call the shop and asked what was going on. Guy told me "he's on the way". 9:00pm and still no pizza. I call the shop again and this time they tell me the pizza just came out of the oven. Kinda makes me feel like the first person I talked too wasn't being honest. 9:45pm and I have had enough. I call back for a third time with the intention of canceling my order just to find out that they had already canceled my order and decided not to even tell me. This is by far the worst delivery experience I have ever experienced. The dishonesty of the employees is what really puts me over the top. I have never been so insulted by a restaurant or service that i felt the need to write a public review in this fashion before but I felt like if I didn't share this experience, it might happen to someone else. Stay FAR away from THIS Papa Johns.

I worked for this place, they are against the customers and will drop your food and serve you right after. High complaints, childish employees.
