Some of the staff are rude. Still a really good spot. Just don’t expect great service.

Could have been a cool place...but if this is what an English Pub is actually like, I’m never going. It was crusty, dusty and lame. Snooty waitress, watery beer, dirty restroom, questionable characters and you better like an endless loop of The Rolling Stones.
We went after a concert and walked from our Hotel, and Richmond needs to seriously work on revitalizing it’s nightlife as well.

First time we went, it was pretty good. Today was our second time. The fish and chips weren't quite as good as others I've had. Also, despite the place being nowhere near full, it seemed as if we were being rushed out. Our server wanted too take away my plate, while I was still putting a fork to the peas. And even though I still had some chips (fries) left, he took away the vinegar and ketchup. Guess his shift was ending and he was in a hurry?

Staff is really friendly but beyond that I don't get the appeal. If you're a 22 year old bro that wants to crowd in with a bunch of your peers and be obnoxious, hit up the upstairs, you'll be in heaven. Don't fit that description? There are better haunts to check out.
