If I could give a negative star I would. Five, FIVE separate attempts at a drive-thru experience and I've yet to make it to the window. Longest I've held out and waited is 33 minutes, no exaggeration. This place is an absolute joke. It needs to be shutdown or revamped and re staffed with competent people

Absolutely awful service. From the moment we walked through the door. The host asked "are you here to eat? " in a very monotone annoyed voice, no hi, No 'welcome '. The waitress was very forgetful. We watched our food get cold for 7 minutes on the counter. The host finally brought the food on a tasty and just flung out towards us! And left, so food and a tray. We got a burger that had no veggies (no lettuce, no tomato, no pickles) second burger no lettuce. We got, an extra fee for the cajun seasoning on the fries (it was one big blob on top middle of them, so all salty on top) but then realized that the seasoning is actually on the table!! So we paid an extra fee for something that is free on the table... waited for a box. Waited in line for about 15-20 minutes. The cashier left the checkout to start cooking!! there were Many people waiting too. People were leaving. Only 2 waiters for Saturday afternoon. Totally understand stressful but it's customer service, Attempt to be a little friendly. Wow

Love the burgers and fries here but there's always super slow service. 5 minutes to be acknowledged to be seated. Food slow...shakes slow. Do not eat here if you're impatient.

Have been to this location many times and always had great srevice. I guess we've never been on a Saturday evening. And we never will again. We walked in the door about 7:45pm. Sign said to wait to be seated. There were maybe 5 tables occupied. Our party of four waited at least five minutes. Then I walked to the back and got someone's attention. Five or six people working back there had seen us waiting. Told the lady that we had been waiting to be seated for five minutes already and that we were going to wait about 30 more seconds. She looked at me like I had three heads! And said nothing! We waited about another minute. And when we saw no one making an effort to even acknowledge us, we left. So sad cause we really wanted some great shakes. Ended up across the street at Sweet Frog.

Waited at the door for 15 minutes before we were even addressed. At that time we were told they were short handed (on a Saturday) and basically deal with it or leave. Wording and attitude are everything!!! We waited 25 minutes in total, never could get seated or even addressed again. The waitresses were passing the tables and clearly disgruntled as they did so. Customers coming out were saying the service was even worse once you were seated. We left.I come up here once a week from Newport News to visit my adult children, I have yet to find a decent restaurant up here. I thought sure fast food couldn’t go but so wrong... CLEARLY I was wrong!
