Went on a Sunday afternoon. Was greeted and seated promptly, but that was the end of it. Took 15 mins to get a hot tea, no honey available. Took another 20 to get an appetizer fries, no vinegar available. Actual food took 55 mins from seating and the place was not even half full. Watched the table across from us get the wrong food 3 times.
When our food finally came, I took one(!) bite and my lip swelled immediately (I specifically ordered my salad with no red onions due to an allergy), the server stood there to explain she had no button to request no onions, so she thought it didn't come with them. I read it on the menu, which is why I requested it. A simple trip to the kitchen could have saved me swollen lips, a rash and a headache. She never called a manager, didn't comp my meal, and had the nerve to ask for a tip!! Needless to say, I left there hungry, frustrated and in pain.

After going to another restaurant first and waiting 20 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us, which did not happen, we walked out. We decided to go to TGI Fridays instead and we were glad we did! We were celebrating our Anniversary, so we were really looking forward to a nice meal. Our waitress was Jasmine L. and she was outstanding! She had a wonderful personality and she was very attentive. Our food was delicious and served quickly, nice and hot! We will definitely be back and hope we have the pleasure of experiencing her wonderful service again!

Left out ingredients of sandwich. Took very long time to get additional items. When I ordered a beer, it never showed up. When the waitress came by and I said I never received it and asked if I should get it, sarcastically, she said yes. So I had to get my own beer. She also took extremely long time between visits. We we're often sitting an waiting 5-10 minutes. Restaurant should have offered compensation.

We sat at the bar Saturday afternoon. We placed order everything seemed fine. Staff brought our food, again all was good. Then we noticed server walled by us 3 times first 2 times never asked how we were doing, if the food was OK, did we need anything. Third time she walked by and dropped napkins off at the table , kept it moving and still not one word! Then since she never asked we waved down a host and asked for a refill of coffee and another water. Host came and stated your server said no free refills, you'll be charged for another cup! WTH who charges for a $3 cup of coffee and no refills!!!! The server was focused on coffee she never brought over the water. Bravo to the host bc she brought me a refill. We also walked over to water pitcher and filled our own water. Then server brought over a water and said, "oh you got your water" and just walked off. Horrible horrible attitude.

Stopped in for a business lunch. Music was too loud to hold a conversation. Asked waiter with "man bun" and "hog ring" in nose to please turn the music down,,, got the attitude, and no we cannot turn music down. Flagged hostess down, who was happy to oblige, allowing us to hold a conversation. Menus sticky and dirty, silver dirty. Understand why they were less than 1/4 full during the middle of lunch. Get off the phone and pay attention to your customers!!!
