Excellent service and food for the price. Wait staff was attentive but not overbearing. Menus were personalized for the occasion. Food was outstanding both in quality and presentation, and was served in a reasonable amount of time.

We ate at the Lumiere for our anniversary. The staff was professional but not stuffy, we had personalized menus, the wine was fantastic for the price, and the food was well worth the price. I can't wait to visit again. I would absolutely suggest Lumiere to anyone.

Certainly one of the nicest hotels our family has ever stayed in. Staff was warm and helpful, shuttle was most helpful in getting around, massage from Candy was a highlight and the food and drinks amazing. We even ordered a family birthday cake from the hotel and it was incredible. Worth the trip - we hope we will be back next year.

Best hotel in Richmond. The service is extraordinary. Very well trained to attend to any and all needs of the guests. The Sunday brunch is, well, no words can describe the elegance of the presentation, the quality and quantity of the offered meals. We highly recommend LeMaire restaurant as well. The chef prepares excellent meals cooked to order.

Champagne Sunday brunch is a wonderful experience. On Sundays they fill the area surrounding the grand staircase with tables and set out buffets an carving stations. There's omelettes made to order. A seafood display. And fantastic desserts. I don't usually enjoy desserts as much at buffets, but these desserts were exceptional. Price ranges from 38$-60$ for adults depending on the time of year. Reservations book up months in advance for holidays. This is truly a special occasion event.
