I came here multiple times and had a great experience each time. Rarely answer their phone during business hours. Called 24 hrs ahead of time and left two voicemails to cancel an appointment a couple weeks ago and they ran my card and will not refund money because they cannot find my number amongst an unreliable missed calls list (apparently they delete voicemails every day). Offered to re-schedule and use it as credit since they already ran my card and they said no. Great at the trade but pretty poor level of transaction/customer service. Plenty of other massage places to go in Richmond that do not rip off semi-regular customers. Like many Carytown businesses will probably not be there long.

I was trying to coordinate a large group for massages as a staff incentive event. They went above and beyond getting therapists to come in to accommodate as many of us as possible. I really appreciated the extra effort and my staff absolutely loved their massages!

I would give this place 5+ stars if I could. It's the only place in town where I could find a same-day massage. Dave, the owner, is very personable and accommodating. I've had many massages in my life and his was by far the BEST! Unlike other chains where you pay for an hour but only get 50 minutes, you get the whole hour here (if not more)! Dave customizes the massage to your needs and thoroughly explains the process prior to beginning. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality of the massage. Sign up for a monthly membership for an even more awesome deal!! I'm already looking forward to my massage next month! Get a massage here, and I promise you won't regret it!!!

I recently got a gift card as a birthday gift so I booked a prenatal massage with Solomon. He was fantastic! The spa was clean, comfortable and everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Solomon was able to work out all the sore joints and muscles that come with being 22 weeks pregnant. We talked about the various types of massage he was certified in (not just prenatal!) and he was very accommodating to my
Needs. Will be back again soon before and after baby! Thanks!
