My fiance and I went to this salon today for pedicures and the whole experience felt rushed. I try to take reviews online with a grain of salt, but all of these negative reviews are spot on. Normally a trip to the nail salon takes me at least an hour, we were in and out of the chair within 20 minutes which was ujnexoected being there were few people in the shop. To add insult to injury I had poorly trimmed nails and cuticles and more paint on my skin than on my nail. Their prices are WAY to high to do such a horrible job. For $30 I would expect so much more. I'd rather drive all the way to the west end for my normal nail tech.

I will not be going back.

I wished i had read the reviews before i went to this nail salon. I visited Jasmine's on 10-20-2017, to have my nails and toes buffed and polished for a wedding. Less than 24 hrs later, my nails had chipped and peeled. My nails looked awful. I had to remove the polish and go bare nail for the wedding. I have never experienced this with a gel polish.

I complained that the technician was hurting my cuticles throughout my manicure and pedicure. I asked for my nails not to be cut and the technician took it upon herself to cut my nails. When I addressed her, she informed me that doing so would make it easier for her to file my nails. "It won't be as much work for me when I file". I was a regular but I will be finding me a new place pronto.

The worst experience ever!!!! Ladies don't come here. They rush you the entire time you are there. I went in to get a manicure. Picked 3 colors and none of them were the color I picked. My cuticles were bleeding and sore when I left. I left with a color I didn't pick because I needed to get out! All I got when I paid was sorry you are not happy but you need to pay. NEVER COMING BACK AND PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!

I normally don't get manicures but I wanted to treat myself due to having a special event coming up. The experience of the place was not relaxing and felt rushed.

Manicure was poorly done had to get the women to fix 4 nails due to the sides of my nails still showing. Her attitude on fixing her mistake was unprofessional. My manicure was chipping in less than 12 hours.

Pedicure was not much better. Still lots of dead skin on my feet. Had to my own foot file the next morning to get the dead skin off.

Will not go here again.
