Made an appointment with Lela three months in advance for a Day of Therapeutic rest. I do this once a year: yoga, massage, nails, hair. The whole thing. Every single other appointment I had revolved around my massage with Lela, and she cancelled two days before because she "didn't realize anyone was on her schedule"

Very unprofessional. Will take my wellness seeking business elsewhere. Do not use MINDBODY app to schedule with this business...they will just cancel on you.

Muscle Mechanix has been such a wonderful experience for me. When I come in the staff has always made me feel like family. I have struggled with several health issues over the past few year and on my own have had little relief until I found Muscle Mechanix. They listen to my needs and help me understand whats going on, showing me stretches and self care I can do to help be preventative. I highly recommend coming in especially for anyone who lives an active lifestyle and enjoys Real deep tissue work. Thank you MM

I had been misdiagnosed over a decade ago with sciatica and nerve damage to my leg. Had been told there was nothing that could be done to take away the numbness and shooting pain I dealt with. One visit with Muscle Mechanix and I began to have feeling again and stopped slapping family members who came close to that leg! Continued treatment has improved my ability to pursue my fitness goals, it just doesn’t get better than the therapists at Muscle Mechanix.
