The first visit was amazing, I loved the staff, and results. That was September 2015. My next appointment was October 2015. I showed up and the doors were closed, with a note on the door saying that, 'this facility has shut down, visit our next location...' and a number that no longer worked. Why did I not receive a phone call to tell me about my appointment cancellation with a brief explanation? Why does the number provided not work? Why does this seem shady?

I have been searching for years for the right place for laser treatment. I was tricked by some others. But I did my research & I was so thankful when I found Premier Laser!!! Everyone is so nice & professional. However, the most Important thing is honesty. No gimmicks, tricks.or extra fees. I love them!!! I can see a difference after just 2 treatments!!! I am recommending them to everyone I know!!! Prices are great!!!

My experiences with Dianne and Karen have been amazing. Both ladies are laid back enough to make you feel comfortable, but professional enough that you have the absolute faith that you are getting the best service in Richmond. Karen is HIGHLY skilled tech, but the real reason that she is so wonderful is her funny, caring, and supporting personality. I always leave her office feeling better than I came in. Highly recommend the Willow Lawn office to anyone looking to permanently get rid of unwanted hair. Three visits in and I am shaving once a week as opposed to every other day. Love you ladies!!!!

Writing a review shouldn’t be this emotional! Yet, I am crying…

I preface my comments with some background information so you will understand why you SHOULD choose this place. I am an African American woman who suffers from PCOS, I have all the classic symptoms! Hirsutism (male pattern hair growth) being at the top of the list… hyperpigmentation caused from years of tweezing, shaving, and using Nair! I have suffered for many years. Ashamed, frustrated, and at a loss for what else to do I finally decided to give laser treatments a try. I knew it was going to be pricey but I was desperate.

When I called, Diane assured me I would be well taken care of, so with much excitement, nervousness, and frustration with my current situation I set the appointment. Within a week I went in… I didn’t actually get to have my laser treatment that day… I'm sure your wondering why?! When I showed up, I had been using creams and harsh soaps to help the appearance of my skin. Karen regrettably informed me that it wouldn’t be in my best interest to have the treatment done.

Of course after years of suffering and finally having the opportunity to show up and have the treatment you would think I would be upset, angry, frustrated perhaps not even wanting to come back… on the contrary! I was thoroughly impressed with their concern and care about my well being.

I rescheduled for a week later and BEST decision ever! I can’t even tell you after my first laser session I already see the difference.

Most people want to know…
DOES it HURT? --- NO, it’s a bit uncomfortable but literally it last for a millisecond!
How long does it last? Very Short- Took longer to wash my makeup off!
Should I bring anything? NO, they provide you with everything you need.

Lastly, I want to say that I have really enjoyed my experience and without Diane and Karen, it wouldn’t have been half as good. Laser treatment has changed my life, it’s hard to explain this to someone who doesn’t suffer from facial hair but I assure you I had coarse, dark, and painful ingrown hair that took over my life. They dictated when I would leave my house or if I would have people over. I became isolated and withdrawn the worse my condition got, these women took me in and embraced me. They didn’t judge me, ridicule me, or make me feel like a hairy beast (which is what I felt like) instead they promised me they would make my life better to which they already have. I can’t wait until my next treatment!!

I grew up with 6 brothers and being the only girl means you get teased a lot. One thing that they always teased me about was my "girl stache". Yes I admit I HAD hair grown on my upper lip. Then I met Diana and the wonderful staff at Premier Laser Spa. They made me feel comfortable and getting the procedure done is really easy. Now I am no longer teased by my brothers about my stache! Woo Hoo.

Premier Laser Spa offers affordable prices, and the appointments are very quick, which works for my busy schedule. I have had absolutely no side effects. No burning, discoloration or irritation. Definitely a must do!
