Do not book anything with this company. Our bus was scheduled to leave at 530 and the owner told us it would be delayed one hour. After one hour he told us another hour. When someone complaint about it, he started screaming at him. On top of all this, the place and the busses are dirty and in really bad shape

the bus has been reliable the past few times I've taken it to/from New York from Richmond. My only complaint is the odor on the bus is not pleasant.
