Disorganized and Unprofessional is how I would describe the staff in this office. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a month and no one calls me back. My husband and I went in for a check-up in the beginning of August and were supposed to go back for treatment and cleaning, however I have not been able to re-schedule our appointments. I was advised that they had to call our insurance to confirm coverage and that they would call me back to schedule an appointment. My husband and I both have insurance and did not think this would take so long. Since that day, I have called multiple times and left messages on their voice mail and have not had luck in communicating with anyone that can assist. I was finally able to call and reach a live person 2 weeks after and they stated they would have someone else give me a call back. As of this time another week has passed and no one has called me back. I’m so disappointed because we are now in September and I still have yet to be able to schedule an appointment. It should not be this difficult to schedule a cleaning or reach a live person when calling a dental office.

Spoke to Blanca, the clinic manager, about a problem with treatment and she took action to accommodate her patients. Thank you Blanca.

Unprofessional and Disorganized. Contradicted themselves within the office. Did not feel like they were very professional. Rough on the cleaning as well.
