Thieves!!!! My mother has gone there for a few years and recently was robbed of $6,000 for work that was not completed. Treatment was for my sisters implants and though my mom paid the treatment upfront my sister refused implants because she was afraid of the procedure & also refuses the burden on my mom. They changed the treatment plan to bridges which was covered by insurance. Their plan was then to do some work here and there and then deduct what costs are from that $6k amount. Uh hello- things don't work that way! It's not a piggy bank! After mom asking for her money back and choosing to pay by date of service, they have been uncooperative, give her the run around until I got involved they changed the story four times. First doctor needs to authorize, then doctor went on vacation for a few days, then a couple of weeks then they said mom needed to go in person for the refund, then they said my sister has to go in also and change the treatment plan which was already in progress, then finally when "refund" was given they never used my moms CC to reverse charges, instead gave her a paper receipt but one week later no refund on her CC. They refuse to speak with me because I actually know what they are doing. Before this incident they submitted claims to insurance on work they never did on my mom, but then I reviewed the claims and after discussing with my mom they had never actually done those procedures their claims said. FRAUD FRAUD all the way!!

The stupid respectionst refuses to give my mom and I a refund on a service my mom pay for because she thought I wanted the den that to do implants when I told them no the DUMB lady refuses to give my mom her money back
