I love Dr. Rice and her entire team! Incredibly friendly and family like atmosphere and knowledgeable and caring staff. I came to Dr. Rice to start my periodontal treatment back in February after years of neglect of my periodontis and my results have been progressive and positive. I was worried I would never have healthy gums again or it would be years before things would be back to normal and in less than a year my gums and oral health are back in a healthy condition and I can feel more confident again. I am so impressed by all the staff at Dr. Rice's office. I am facing some serious and costly dental issues and they were all so kind, gentle, and emphatic that it made all the difference in how I'm able to handle my situation. I appreciate how everything was explained to me and the way I was treated with respect, concern, and kindness. These people are outstanding human beings and amazingly skilled professionals.

Great communication with the patients. Never need to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Rice is happy to discuss the details of your status and offer alternatives as well as her recommendations. I had gum surgery 5 years ago, everything went fine and the results have been outstanding.

I have recently relocated to California from Massachusetts, and I have been through the worst nightmare trying to find new Periodontists at a place I could trust again ever since. Literately. Until I found Dr. Rice's office, that is. I have a gum condition which has significantly deteriorated as a result of negligent professionals who have been unable to detect related issues in a timely manner, despite my multiple complaints about it over six months and trying to even get an appointment. It is absolutely infuriating to me to realize I would not have to be in this position if these so called professionals were not so incompetent and careless. When I came to Dr. Rice's office, I was as rude as one can be as I did not trust anyone any longer. Nevertheless, she was so incredibly knowledgeable, straight forward and friendly, she gained my trust at hello. She told me exactly what my options were, and while I was in desperately need of surgery (which would be very expensive) she also suggested that I'd try a deep cleaning first and go from there. My gum condition has significantly improved since, and I have not had the need for surgery for the past six months. I love to know they're not there trying to get my money over surgeries, they actually do care about what's best for me instead. Priceless. On a personal note, I take this opportunity to thank the entire team for making me feel so welcome regardless of my initial lack of manners. Nick, who patiently does my cleanings is the most kind, sweet and funny soul you will ever meet. I love listening to his children's stories, and I am very grateful to his gentle care and outstanding professionalism answering all my questions without blinking. Sam, Monica and Linda, are the most beautiful in-and-out young ladies who touch my heart with their warmth and genuine passion towards helping others, going above and beyond at all times, and giving their very best - unconditionally that is. BTW if alike myself, you may ever need tips on where to go for beauty supplies - they know EVERYTHING about it as well :) I love them. They make me feel part of their family, and I'm sure they will make you feel the same way.
