Staff is so friendly and polite. The best in the area.
I definitely recommend this place. We always feel welcome and we never have to wait at all.
I am very happy with my son's orthodontic work.
The receptionists are awesome, always with that smile.
Is a pleasure to go here.

The staff in this office are the friendliest you will find anywhere. Each visit I was welcomed and attended to right away. Everyone knows exactly what they are doing and now my smile looks better than ever. I would highly recommend this location

If i could give no stars i would. The customer service in the front is HORRIBLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! My bottom wisdom teeth have been hurting for a couple of months now. Western Dental said they need an approval from my insurance, they said it takes about two weeks. I called two weeks later and they said they still haven't heard back. I called my insurance and they said they haven't gotten anything from Western Dental. I called Western Dental three weeks later and the lady said in the front that they did send it. At this point my wisdom teeth were hurting so bad i went to the hospital. They gave me some strong medicine that worked for a little while. Western Dental kept saying that they did send a Referral out but my insurance kept saying they haven't gotten anything. At this point it was already TWO MONTHS. So i went to Newport Dental in Riverside and they checked me and they said the same thing they need a Referral, but this time it really ONLY TOOK 2 WEEKS!! I just got a letter from the insurance and Newport Dental that they have approved me. Western Dental is only there for the money. Don't waste your time at this place.

Everyone at Western Dental was very nice . Cindy took my X-rays she's very nice and professional. Josie the RDA very kool people and funny she knows her stuff. The Doctor's are caring and wanted what was best for my treatment. The front office staff very polite and knowledgable. Overall it was and is a great experience. I will be coming in for more crowns and the delivery of crowns so for the rest of my treatment. I'm so excited and happy these fillings I have are very large thank u Dr for saving my teeth from future damage or breaks thank u!

Have been having extreme pain and needed a root canal for an infected tooth, they pulled the wrong tooth! Unprofessional as it gets, DO NOT GO HERE. I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT :) I have filed a complaint with western dental themselves, my medical insurance and the BBB as well as I will file complaints with everyone and anyone I can to make sure this place is shut down and these people never work in the medical field again. No way I am letting them get away with this, it is very obvious they want money. Well you will be losing money and I will have my teeth fixed by a real dentist. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WESTERN DENTAL ON MADISON ST. RIVERSIDE, CA 92504 and I urge anyone who has had issues file complaints with them, your insurance, the BBB and anyone else you can so this does not happen to anyone else. I feel so bad reading the reviews of the children that have been mistreated. Disgusting, sad excuse for dentists but soon will be the last time they get away with this stuff. :)
